On November 23, 1973, Khmer Communist cadres in Region 30. Zone 304 and 5 men specialized in construction forcibly gathered 50 monks and villagers to repair a broken bridge on National Road No.1.
នៅថ្ងៃទី២៣-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧៣ គណៈកម្មាភិបាលខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រចាំ តំបន់៣០ ភូមិភាគ៣០៤ ដោយមានអ្នកជំនាញការខាងធ្វើស្ថាបនា៥នាក់ បានដើរកេណ្ឌព្រះសង្ឃចំនួន៥០អង្គ និងប្រជាជនជាច្រើនរយនាក់ឱ្យមកជួសជុលស្ពានមួយនៅតាមផ្លូវជាតិលេខ១។
