A source reported that on May 15, 1973, about 50 Khmer Rebel Armed forces in Battalion 145 gathered 3 carts and people to transport rice from Sangkat Kdol at VT 647-585 Mungkol Borei district to Kamping Puoy mountain at VT 731-506 Sangkat Tangen, Battambang district, Battambang province. The source indicated that the enemies transported the rice to 1000 soldiers, who were equipped with 82 mm and 60 mm mortar, B-40 guns and weapons, at VT 748-940 Battambang province.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ប្រមាណ៥០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ ក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ ១៤៥ បានកេណ្ឌរទេះចំនួន៣០ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដើម្បីដឹកស្រូវអង្ករ ចេញពីសង្កាត់ក្ដុលត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៦៤៧-៥៨៥ ក្នុងស្រុកមង្គលបូរី ឆ្ពោះទៅភ្នំកំពីងពួយ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៧៣១-៥០៦ សង្កាត់តាង៉ែន ស្រុកបាត់ដំបង ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ចាក់ថា ខ្មាំងបានដឹក ស្រូវអង្ករ យកទៅឱ្យកងទ័ពខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រមាណ១០០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ ដោយកាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ទំហំ៨២មីលីម៉ែត្រ, ៦០មីលីម៉េត្រ, បេ៤០ និងអាវុធចំរុះ គ្រប់ដៃនៅត្រង់ចំណុចត្រង់វ៉េតេ៧៤៨-៩៤០ ក្នុងខេត្ដបាត់ដំង។
