The records of the meeting of comrade Tal, a member of Division 290 and Division 170. The meeting was held on September 16, 1976. On that occasion, comrade Tal raised up three essential points: 1) the enemy's situation on September 12th; 2) Soldier Soeun's defection; and 3) comrade Chum's travel without permission. After that brother 89 gave comment on the situation in Region 24 in which Chakrei and his networks - Chum Chan, Kiev Ma, Chum and Yorn - were arrested. In the meeting, the delegate brother 81 agreed to arrest those four persons. Finally, comrade Duch said that Chakrei's networks, his wife and nieces all had to be captured.
នេះជាកំណត់ហេតុប្រជុំរវាងសមមិត្ដ តាល់ កងពលធំលេខ ២៩០ និង កងពល១៧០។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះធ្វើឡើងនៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ កញ្ញា ១៩៧៦។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះសមមិត្ដ តាល់ បានលើកឡើងនូវចំណុច ៣ សំខាន់៖ ១) សភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំងក្នុងអង្គភាពដែលកើតឡើងនៅ ថ្ងៃទី១២ កញ្ញានេះ ២) ការរត់ចោលជួររបស់យុទ្ធជនឈ្មោះ សឿន និង ៣) ការធ្វើដំណើរគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាតរបស់កម្មាភិបាល ឈ្មោះ ជុំ។ បន្ទាប់មក បង៨៩ បានឡើងមានមតិទាក់ទងទៅនឹង សភាពការណ៍ក្នុង តំបន់ ២៤ ការចាប់ខ្លួនរបស់ចក្រី និងខ្សែរយៈ ដែលត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួនរួមមានឈ្មោះ ជុំ ចាន់, កៀវ ម៉ា, ជុំ និង យួស យន។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ត្រូវបានប្រារព្វបើកដោយ បង៨១ ដែលបានយល់ស្រប ចំពោះការយកឈ្មោះទាំង៤នាក់ ដែលរៀបរាប់ខាងលើ។ ក្រោយមក សមមិត្ដ ឌុច មានយោបល់ថាត្រូវតែចាប់ខ្លួនខ្សែរយៈរបស់ចក្រីឱ្យអស់ ក្នុងនោះ ក៍រួមទាំងប្រពន្ធនិងក្មួយស្រីវាដែរ។
