Srei Lam aka Phoap, chief of division 310 messenger group, confessed that in March and September 1976, he and Ol, working in company, battalion 312, division 310, received a plan from Ek and Mach to expand traitorous forces in order to destroy state equipment and gather foodstuff.
ស្រី ឡាំ ហៅភាប់ ប្រធានក្រុមនិរសា កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា វានិង អុល ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឯក នៅខែ៣-១៩៧៦ អោយកសាងកម្លាំង បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈផេ្សងៗ ប្រមូលស្បៀង ត្រៀមទុក។ ក្រោយមក អុល ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការនៅខែ៩ ១៩៧៦ ពីម៉ាច ខ្លឹមសារមានដូចផែនការទីមួយដែរ។
