Srei Lam aka Phoap, chief of messenger group, division 310, confessed that in March 1976, Oeun received a plan from Ek to expand traitorous forces, to destroy revolutionary equipment, and to collect foodstuff. In June 1976, Oeun also took part in traitorous activity to spoil 5 sacks of rice seed by soaking them until being rotten.
ស្រី ឡាំ ហៅភាប់ នាទីប្រធានក្រុមនិរសា កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថានៅខែ៣ ១៩៧៦ អឿន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ ពីឯក ជាមួយវា។ ផែនការនោះគឺអោយកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈបដិវត្ដនិងប្រមូលស្បៀងទុក។ នៅខែ៦ ១៩៧៦ អឿន ចូលរួមត្រាំពូជស្រូវធ្វើអោយរលួយអស់ ៥បាវ។
