Srei Lam aka Phoap, Chief of Messengers Group, Unit 310, confessed that in May 1976, he indoctrinated Meas, Deputy Chief of Battalion 312, Unit 310 to work as traitor. After that, Meas received treacherous plan from Ek [He was arrested] to expand traitorous forces, to destroy revolutionary equipment, to steal dry food, and to kill high ranking cadres by shooting and throwing grenades.
