Srei Lam aka Phoap, group chief of messenger, division 310, confessed that Yom, working at company, battalion 312, division 310, received the plot from Ek to collect forces, to destroy revolutionary forces, to convince soldiers to be lazy with work, to kill cadre by shooting, to burn down rice and weapon warehouse.
