Srei Lam aka Phoap, group chief of messenger, division 310, confessed that Yut and Hean, deputy chief of big cell, battalion 312, division 310, received the plot from Ek to collect forces, to destroy revolutionary forces, to convince soldiers to be lazy with work and to kill cadre by shooting.
