It was expected that General Saukom Khoy, President of Cambodia's Senate, would assume the power of President. Perhaps the change of political leadership could spare Phnom Penh eventual strongulation and of Cambodia even greater blooshed than it had suffered so far.
វាត្រូវបានរំពឹងទុកថា ឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ សូខុម ខុយ ជាប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភាកម្ពុជា នឹងកាន់អំណាចជាប្រធាន។ ប្រហែលជាត្រូវផ្លាស់ប្ដូរមេដឹកនាំនយោបាយ អាចនឹងធ្វើឱ្យទីក្រុងភំ្នពេញមានភាពរឹងមាំ និង ខ្លាំងក្លាជាងមុន។
