Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of regiment 13, division 310, confessed that Chea, secretary of battalion, regiment 11, division 310, joined a meeting with Oeun which raised new direction in order to build up new Communist Party of Kampuchea and state, to prepare weapon and foodstuffs to attack the party, and to spy on the revolution.
រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បាន សារភាពថា ជា លេខាវរសេនាតូច វរសេនាធំ ១១ កងពល ៣១០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយឈ្មោះ អឿន លើកទិសដៅថ្មី កសាងកម្លាំង បក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដកម្ពុជា រដ្ឋថ្មី ត្រៀមអាវុធ ស្បៀង វាយបក្ស និងស៊ើបការពីបដិវត្ដ។
