The five permanent members of the UN Security Council transformed their framework document on Cambodia adopted into a comprehensive political agreement draft. There were pressures to reconvene the Paris Conference as soon as possible and to adopt this plan without modification.
សមាជិកអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍ទាំង៥រូបរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្ដិសុខនៃអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ បានផ្លាស់ប្ដូរនូវឯកសារក្របខណ្ឌរបស់ខ្លួនដែលស្ដីពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដោយ រក្សាទុកនៅក្នុងសេចក្ដីព្រាងច្បាប់នៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងស្ដីពីដំណោះស្រាយខាង ផ្នែកនយោបាយវិញ។ បន្ថែមពីនេះទៀត មានការរុញច្រានដើម្បីធ្វើ សន្និសីទទីក្រុងប៉ារីសឱ្យកាន់តែឆាប់កាន់តែល្អនិងដើម្បីឱ្យអនុម័តទៅ លើគម្រោងការដោយគ្មានការបកប្រែ។
