Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of regiment 13, division 310, confessed that Yim, secretary of battalion 132, division 310, led soldiers to shoot into the air in order to frighten people at Baset mountain. After that, Yim attended the meeting and received the plot to build up new Kampuchea Communist Party's forces and to collect material, weapon and foodstuff so as to attack the party.
រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយសារភាពពី យីម លេខាវរសេនាតូច ១៣២ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ បានដឹកនាំយុទ្ធជនដើបាញ់បង្អើល ធ្វើអោយប្រជាជនភ័យ ឆោឡោនៅម្ដុំភ្នំបាសិត។ បន្ទាប់មក យឹម បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការកសាងកម្លាំងបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជារដ្ឋថ្មី និងប្រមូលសម្ភារៈ ត្រៀមអវុធ និន ស្បៀង ដើម្បីវាយបក្ស។
