Samdech Son Sann wrote a letter to Mr. Kassie Neou to confirm about the human rights abuses on Cambodian people. Samdech Son Sann said that the Phnom Penh government led by Hun Sen were also the Khmer Rouge and committed lots of human rights violations.
សមេ្ដច សឺន សាន បានសរសេរសំបុត្រមួយច្បាប់ផ្ញើរទៅកាន់លោក កាស៊ី នៅ ដើម្បីបញ្ជាក់អំពីការរំលោភសិទ្ធិទៅលើប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ សមេ្ដច សឺន សាន បានបន្ដថារដ្ឋាភិបាលភ្នំពេញដែលដឹកនាំដោយ ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏គ្រប់គ្រង ដូចក្រុមខ្មែរក្រហមដែរ ហើយក៏បានប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើជា ច្រើនដែលរំលោភទៅលើសិទិ្ធមនុស្ស។
