Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of regiment 13, division 310, confessed that Pul, secretary of battalion 134 division 310, attended the meeting and received the plot to build up forces, to gather foodstuffs, materials and weapons in order to prepare to attack the party, and to spy on leadership apparatus's situation.
រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ពល លេខាវរសេនាតូច ១៣៤ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ ពល បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ ប្រមូលសម្ភារៈ អាវុធ, ស្បៀង ដើម្បីត្រៀមវាយបក្ស និង សេុីបការរកទីតាំង រស់នៅរបស់ក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនដឹកនាំក្នុងទីក្រុង។
