Ros Thim, soldier of division 170, confessed that after San [arrested by the Angkar] indoctrinated him in treason ideology, San led him to know Free Khmer's leaders named Sot and Sam El at battalion 733. In September 1975, Thim received the plot from Sot and Sam El to kill cadres while they were controlling the troops of division 170 working in the farm. Thim also stole grenades and guns from somewhere and fled Vietnam. In November 1976, Sam El and Sot set up plan to destroy Kbal Thnal's factory and equipment warehouse in Phnom Penh. Moreover, Thim attended to disrupt ships and trucks transported materials along the national road number 1 and Basakk river.
រស់ ធឹម យុទ្ធជនកងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា ក្រោយពី សាន «ចាប់ហើយ»អប់រំខ្លួនអោយក្បត់ចូលខ្មែរសេរីមក សាន បាននាំខ្លួន អោយស្គាល់មេខ្មែរសេរីក្នុងវរសេនាតូច៧៣៣ ដែលមានឈ្មោះ សុត និង សំអ៊ែល។ នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៥ ខ្លួនបានទទួលផែនការណ៍ពី សំអ៊ែល និង សុត អោយសម្លាប់អង្គការពេលចុះ ទៅមើលកង ១៧០ធើ្វស្រែ ហើយលួចគ្រាប់បែក និងកាំភ្លើងចូលយួន។ ខែ១១-១៩៧៦ សំអ៊ែល និង សុត បានដាក់ផែនការណ៍អោយ កមេ្ទច រោងចក្រក្បាលថ្នល់ កមេ្ទចឃ្លាំងសម្ភារៈនៅភ្នំពេញចាំស្ទាក់ ឡាន និងកប៉ាល់ដឹកសម្ភារៈតាមទនេ្លបាសាក់ និងតាមផ្លូវជាតិលេខ១។
