People's Republic of Kampuchea adopted a Decree Law on the creation of a Revolutionary People's Tribunal in Phnom Penh to try the crime of genocide of the Pol Pot-Ieng Sary group.
សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតកម្ពុជាបានអនុវត្ដន៍ទៅតាមក្រឹត្យច្បាប់ស្ដីពីការបង្កើត នូវតុលាការប្រជាជនបដិវត្ដន៍នៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីជំនុំជំរះទៅលើ ឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្ម ប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ដែលបង្កើតឡើងដោយក្រុមប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី។
