Ros Thim, soldier of division 170, confessed that in September 1975, Thim and Sem received the plot from Sam El and Sot to kill cadre during they went to control the troops of division 170 working in the farm. They stole grenades and guns from somewhere and fled Vietnam. They also received the plot to destroy Kbal Thnal factory and equipment warehouse in Phnom Penh and to disrupt ships and truckstransported materials along the national road number 1 and Basakk river.
រស់ ធឹម យុទ្ធជនកងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៥ ខ្លួន និង សែម បានទទួលផែនការណ៍ពី សំអ៊ែល និង សុត អោយសម្លាប់អង្គការពេលចុះទៅមើលកង១៧០ធើ្វស្រែ ហើយលួច គ្រាប់បែក និងកាំភ្លើងចូលយួន។ អោយកមេ្ទចរោងចក្រក្បាលថ្នល់ កមេ្ទចឃ្លាំងសម្ភារៈនៅភ្នំពេញ ចាំស្ទាក់ឡាន កប៉ាល់ដឹកសម្ភារៈ តាមទនេ្លបាសាក់ និងតាមផ្លូវជាតិលេខ១។
