Xuan, vice director of Vietnam News Agency, led the first foreign journalist delegation to Kampuchea in July 1976. After April 1975, they had made many proposals to have Vietnamese journalists come but all were refused until July 1976.
ស៊ង គឺជានាយករងនៃភ្នាក់ងារព័ត៌មានប្រទេសវៀតណាម បានដឹក នាំគណៈប្រតិភូផ្នែកអ្នកកាសែតបរទេសលើកដំបូង មកកាន់កម្ពុជា កាលពីខែ កក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ។ ក្រោយពីខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ក្រុមគណៈប្រតិភូបានដាក់សំណើរជាច្រើនដើម្បីចង់ឱ្យក្រុមអ្នកកាសែតវៀត ណាមបានមកកម្ពុជាប៉ុន្ដែគេធ្វើជំទាស់រហូតដល់ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ទើបសមេ្រចថាមក។
