A small group representing the Lawyer Committee for International Human Rights undertook a mission to Kampuchea; and after two weeks of research in Thailand, they issued a "Preliminery Summary of Findings and Conclusions" dated 12 December 1984.
ក្រុមតូមមួយក្រុមដែលធ្វើជាតំណាងនៃគណៈកម្មធិការមេធាវីសម្រាប់សិទិ្ធមនុស្សអន្ដរជាតិបានយល់ព្រមនូវបេសកម្មមកកាន់កម្ពុជា ហើយក្រោយ រយៈពេល២សប្ដាហ៍នៃកិច្ចស្រាវជ្រាវនៅក្នុងប្រទេសថៃរួចមក គេបានចេញ នូវ ឪ ការសងេ្ខបជាលើកដំបូងនៃលទ្ធផលនិងសេចក្ដីសន្និដ្ឋាន ដែលបានចុះនៅខែធ្នូទី ១២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៨៤។
