Ros Siem aka Song, secretary of regiment 13, division 310, confessed that Ol joined a meeting with Oeun, working at division 310, to review an outcome of the previous treacherous activities and also set up a new traitorous plan in the future. The main target of the new plan was to expand hidden force of the new Communist Party of Kampuchea, to collect weapon, to prepare foodstuff, to investigate and keep trace of the revolutionary situation in Phnom Penh, and the locations of leading apparatus of the Communist Party of Kampuchea.
រស់ សៀម ហៅសុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា អុលបានចូលប្រជុំជាមួយ អឿន កងពល ៣១០ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យលទ្ធផលក្នុងការអនុវត្ដផែនការក្បត់កន្លងមក និងលើកទិសដៅក្បត់ថ្មីទៅអនាគត។ ខ្លឹមសារទិសដៅថ្មីគឺ កសាងបក្ស កុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជារដ្ឋថ្មី ប្រមូលសម្ភារៈត្រៀមអាវុធ ស្បៀង វាយបក្ស សេុីបពិនិត្យសភាពការណ៍បដិវត្ដនៅភ្នំពេញ និងទីតាំង រស់នៅរបស់ក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនដឹកនាំបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជា និង លក្ខការណ៍សម្ងាត់។
