Ros Siem aka Song, secretary of regiment 13, division 310, confessed that in the middle of May, 1976 Oeun and Voeung arranged a treacherous meeting in order to verify their core traitorous network. In the meeting, Mach also reported that Ol, soldier of company, battalion 132, regiment 13, division 310, was a hidden force who could actively serve for treasonous activity in the future.
