The traitor group carried out anti-revolutionary activities. Saing Chek's networks argued that Angkar had no ability and that Chann Reangsy entered Phnom Penh. In case of hearing gun battle, the White Khmer would open the attack. They all pretended to be ill and rejected to work, hatching plots to run off into Vietnam and Thailand. There were 33 people listed.
ក្រុមក្បត់បានធ្វើសកមភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដដូច ជាខ្សែរយៈរបស់ សាំងចឹក បាននិយាយវាយប្រហារអង្គការថាគ្មានសមត្ថភាព និង ចលនាថាចន័្ទ រង្សីមកដល់ភ្នំដំរីពេលឮសូរកាំភ្លើងច្បាស់ជាមានខ្មែរ សវាយមកហើយ។ ពួកនេះពុតធ្វើជាឈឺមិនព្រមធ្វើការងារ និង មានផែនការរត់ទៅស្រុកយួននិងស្រុកសៀម មានបញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះ មនុស្សចំនួន ៣៣នាក់។
