រដ្ឋាភិបាលថ្មីកម្ពុជាមានភាពអង់អាចនឹងរឹងមាំ។ សង្គ្រាមដ៏តូចរវាងអាមេរិក កម្ពុជាមិនទាន់បានប្រកាសនាវាសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកបានបំពានទេនឹងដែនដីកម្ពុជាហើយ អាមេរិកក៏បានបព្ចោញនូវទស្សនៈទាក់ទងនឹងមនោគមវិជ្ជារបស់ខ្មែរក្រហមថាខ្មែរក្រហមសាកល្បងក្រោយពេលការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរអំណាច។
