Prince Norodom Sihanouk wrote a letter to Dith Pran to express that he was struggling for the full respect of human rights in Cambodia and against the Vietnamization of Cambodia.
ព្រះបាននរោត្ដម សីហនុ បានផ្ញើព្រះរាជសារសារទៅកាន់ ឌិត ប្រន ដើម្បី បង្ហាញថាព្រះអង្គនឹងប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងសម្រាប់ការគោរពយ៉ាងពេញលេញនៃ សិទិ្ធមនុស្សក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាព្រមទាំងប្រឆាំងទៅនឹងវៀតណាម ភាវូបនីយកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា។
