Rit, cadre of kerosene factory, confessed that after April 17, 1975, Khuon assigned Ham to production unit to support ministry of energy. Khuon ordered Nhem to introduce Ham into treacherous network with Srong in a bid to make it possible to build up anti-party forces. Ham received Srong's 3-times plot to destroy equipment at sawmill to disintegrate the solidarity within units and to convince soldiers to adopt a free manner and to be reminiscent of marriage.
រិត កម្មាភិបាលរោងចក្របេ្រងកាត បានឆ្លើយថាក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤- ១៩៧៥ ឃួន បានចាត់តាំងហម ឱ្យមកអង្គភាពបង្កបង្កើនផលឧបត្ថម្ភ ក្រសួងថាមពល។ ឃួនបានឱ្យ ញ៉ែមឧទេ្ទសនាមឱ្យឈ្មោះ ហម ភ្ជាប់ ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយស្រុង ងាយស្រួលក្នុងការកសាងកម្លាំងប្រឆាំងបក្ស។ ហម បានទទួលផែនការ ពីស្រុង បីដងឱ្យបំផ្លាញឧបករណ៍ប្រើប្រាស់ ក្នុងរោងចក្រអារឈើ បំបែកបំបាក់សាមគ្គីក្នុងអង្គភាពបំផុសយុទ្ធជន ឱ្យសេរីឱ្យខ្ចិលធ្វើពលកម្ម និងភ្លើតភ្លើនពីរឿងគ្រួសារ។
