Over a thousand Cambodian survivors of the Pol Pot genocide currently residing in exile were appealing to Cambodian political leaders to adopt human rights treaties and monitoring as part of the negotiations and peace settlement for Cambodia.
ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាជាងមួយពាន់នាក់ដែលនៅដល់ជីវិតពីរបបប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ ប៉ុល ពត បច្ចុប្បន្នដែលរស់នៅនិទេសនោះបានអំពាវនាវដល់មេដឹកនាំ នយោ)យកម្ពុជាជាច្រើនរូបដោយអនុវត្ដន៍ទៅតាមសន្ធិសញ្ញាស្ដីពីសិទិ្ធមនុស្ស និងចាត់ទុកជាការត្រួតពិនិត្យមួយផ្នែកទៅលើកិច្ចចរចាព្រមទាំងការ ដោះស្រាយដោយសន្ដិវិធីសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា។
