Over a thousand Cambodians survivors of the Pol Pot genocide were appealing to Cambodian political leaders to adopt human rights treaties and monitoring as part of the negotiations and peace settlement for Cambodia.
ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាជាងមួយពាន់នាក់ដែលនៅដល់ជីវិតពីរបបប្រល័យពូជ សាសន៍ ប៉ុល ពត បច្ចុប្បន្នដែលរស់នៅនិទេសនោះបានអំពាវនាវ ដល់មេ ដឹកនាំនយោ)យកម្ពុជាជាច្រើនរូបដោយអនុវត្ដន៍ទៅតាមសន្ធិសញ្ញាស្ដី ពីសិទិ្ធមនុស្សនិងចាត់ទុកជាការត្រួតពិនិត្យមួយផ្នែកទៅលើកិច្ចចរចាព្រមទាំងការដោះស្រាយដោយសន្ដិវិធីសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា។
