More than 1,000 Cambodian survivors sent a letter and petition to Prince Sihanouk, Hun Sen and Son Sann, urging that human rights legislation be included in any internal Cambodian agreement and ensuring that the KR never got the chance to repeat the atrocities of their years in power.
