Reports from the few foreigners stationed in the Cambodian capital indicated that diplomats were under severed travel restrictions. Armed Khmer Rouge enforced a travel ban of no more than 550 yards by each foreigners from his own mission.
របាយការណ៍មកពីជនបរទេសប៉ុន្មាននាក់បានបោះទីតាំងនៅក្នុងរាជធានីកម្ពុជាបានចង្អុលបង្ហាញថាស្ថានទូតគឺស្ថិតនៅក្រោមការឃ្លាំមើលយ៉ាងតឹងរឹង។ កងកម្លាំងខ្មែរក្រហម បានអនុវត្ដន៍ការហាមឃាត់ធ្វើដំណើរមិនឱ្យលើស៥០យ៉ាត ដោយជនបរទេសម្នាក់ៗ និងពីបេសសកម្មផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់គាត់។
