This was the report on the violations by all four conflict parties. Democratic Kampuchea commanders deprived camp residents of fundamental right to a judicial system. They also strictly regulated the internationally - recognized rights of residents to practice their religion to marry and live as family and to own private property.
របាយការណ៍នេះនិយាយពីការរំលោភបំពានដោយបក្សជម្លោះទាំងបួនដែល មេបញ្ជាបក្សកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យបានដកហូតនូវសិទ្ធជាមូលដ្ឋានរបស់ ប្រជាជននៅតាមជំរំមកជាប្រព័ន្ធយុត្ដិធម៌។ បក្សកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ក៏ធ្វើឱ្យមានការហ្មត់ចត់បំផុតក្នុងការធ្វើឱ្យអន្ដរជាតិទទួលស្គាល់នូវសិទ្ធិរបស់ ប្រជាជនក្នុងការអនុវត្ដនៅតាមសាសនាដែលជ្រើសរើសដូចជា ការរៀប ការ និងរស់នៅជាលក្ខណៈគ្រួសារនិងដើម្បីធ្វើជាម្ចាស់នៃទ្រព្យសម្បតិ្ដ ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន។
