ភាសាខាងនយោបាយគឺមានការកំណត់និងភាពប៉ិនប្រសព្វនៃភាសាពេលខ្លះមិនពេញលេញហើយមិនសមស្របទៅតាមស្ថានភាពនិងការកំណត់គោលដៅរសប់មនុស្ស។ ភាសានៃសិទ្ធិគឺជាការបន់ស្រន់ទៅតាមច្បាប់ដែលកំណង់ឱ្យ។
