Pham Binh said that the influence of China in Vietnam was very deep. They knew Vietnam very well. They were confident they could subdue Vietnam. China tried to divide Laos and Kampuchea from Vietnam, through their relations with the communist parties.
ផាំ ប៊ិញ បាននិយាយាថាឥទ្ធិផលអំណាចចិន នៅក្នុងប្រទេសវៀតណាមគឺ ភាពភាពខ្លាំងក្លា ហើយចិនស្គាល់ពីសវតារបស់វៀតណាមច្បាស់លាស់។ ប្រទេសចិនមានភាពជឿជាក់ថា នឹងអាចបង្ក្រាបក្រុមវៀតណាមបាន ដោយព្យាយាមបំបែកប្រទេសឡាវនិងកម្ពុជាចេញពីវៀតណាម តាមរយៈទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយនឹងខាងបក្សកម្មុយនិស្ដ។
