US policy toward Cambodia continued to take a geopolitics, rather than a moral, line toward the fate of the 6,000,000 Cambodian. However, the presumptions of this policy were vanishing fast and US foreign service officers complained that they found it ever harder to explain.
នយោបាយអាមេរិចជុំវិញប្រទេសកម្ពុជានៅតែបន្ដធ្វើភូគព្ភនយោបាយ ច្រើនជាងខាងសីលធម៌ ខ្សែវាសនានៃប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាជាង៦លាននាក់ តែយ៉ាងណាមិញ ការសន្មត់ជាមុននៃនយោបាយមួយនេះ គឺស្រាប់តែ អន្ដរាយភ្លាមៗនិងមន្ដ្រីសេវាកម្មការបរទេសរបស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិច មានការតវ៉ាថាពួកគេមានពិបាកក្នុងការពន្យល់ណាស់។
