មនុស្សដែលត្រូវចោទប្រកាន់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹង សេ អ៊ី អា ឬកាហេ្សបេ ត្រូវបាន ចាប់ខ្លួនហើយយកទៅដាក់នៅគុកស-២១ ។ ពួកគេត្រូវបានគេធ្វើទារុណកម្ម យ៉ាងឃោរឃៅនិងត្រូវបានគេសម្លាប់។ ទួលស្លែង ត្រូវបានគេចាត់ទុកជំរំ មរណៈ មិនមែនជាពន្ធនាគារឡើយ។
