Article IX of the genecide convention confered jurisdiction on the ICJ or the world court to consider a dispute between contracting parties to the convention regarding the interpretation, application or fulfillment of the convention.
មាត្រាទី៩នៃអនុសញ្ញាស្ដីពីអំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ដែលពិភាក្សាអំពីប្រព័ន្ធយុត្ដិាធិការ ទៅលើការយុត្ដិធម៌អន្ដរជាតិ ឬតុលាការពិភពលោកដើម្បី ពិចារណាពីជម្លោះរវាងភាគីចុះកិច្ចសន្យាទៅកាន់អនុសញ្ញាទាក់ទងការដាក់ ពាក្យសុំបកប្រែ ឬការបំពេញនៃអនុសញ្ញា។
