This article II defines genocide as any of the following acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group as such: killing members of the group, torture, persecution, preventing birth, deportation and other inhuman acts.
មាត្រា២ នេះគឺកំណត់យ៉ាងច្បាស់ពីស្ដីអំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ជាអំពើដូច ខាងក្រោមដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្ដដោយចេតនា បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញទាំងមូល ឬដោយ ផ្នែក ក្នុងប្រទេសជាតិមមួយ ជនជាតិ ពូជសាសន៍ ឬក្រុមសាសនា ក៏ដូចជាសម្លាប់សមាជិកជាច្រើន នៅក្នុងក្រុម ធ្វើទារុណកម្ម ការធ្វើ បុកមេ្នញ ការបង្ករកំណើត ការនិទេស និងសកម្មភាពព្រៃផ្សៃមួយ ចំនួនទៀត។
