មន្ដ្រីមន្ទីរពាញចក្រកោណបាននិយាយផ្លូវការថា «ប្រសិបើប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដួលរលំ យើងទាំងអស់គ្នាពិតជាមានអារម្មណ៍មិនល្អ»។ សមាជប្រជុំបានបោះឆ្នោតដោយស្ទាក់ស្ទើរលើចំនួនទឹកប្រាក់២២២ លានដុល្លារសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកសម្រាប់ជំនួយយោធាបន្ថែមដល់រដ្ឋាភិបាលក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។
