The activities of Hok Hakk, soldier of Platoon 621, Company 62, Battalion 116, Division 12, stated below. Hakk was born in Kampong Kor Village, Po Ban Sub-district, District 18, Region 25. Peng abandoned his schooling at grade 8 at Kampong Kor pagoda. From 1968 to 1970, Hakk earned his living by doing the laundry and taking fishing lot at Kampong Kong. On 14 August 1973, Hakk joined the revolution with the nomination of Mean [Chief of Kampong Kor Village]and came to Battalion 127. In April 1974, he fled to his home for 5 days. In July 1974 and December 1974, Hakk raped Lat Sarom. On 12 January 1975, Hakk came to cell 04. On 27 January 1975, Hakk convinced 4 soldiers to flee home but Chhoung Leap village chief captured them and sent back. On 24 June 1975, Angkar sent Hok Hakk to Office 44.
ប្រវត្ដិសកម្មភាពរបស់ ហុក ហាក់ យុទជននៅកងអនុសេនាតូច ៦២១ អនុសេនាធំ ៦២ វរសេនាតូច ១១៦ កងពល ១២ ដូចខាងក្រោមនេះ។ ហុក ហាក់ កើតនៅភូមិកំពង់គរ ឃុំពោធិបាន ស្រុក ១៨ តំបន់ ២៥។ ហាក់ រៀនដល់ថ្នាក់ទី៨ នៅសាលាវត្ដ កំពង់គរ។ ពីឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨-១៩៧០ ហាក់ទៅស៊ីឈ្នួលបោកអ៊ុត ខោអាវនិងធ្វើឡូនេសាទនៅកំពង់កុង។ ថ្ងៃ១៤-៨-១៩៧៣ ចូលបដិវត្ដអ្នកឧទេ្ទសនាមតុប មាន «ប្រធានភូមិកំពង់គរ»ហើយមកនៅកងវរៈ ១២៧។ ខែ៤-១៩៧៤ រត់ទៅផ្ទះចំនួន៥ថ្ងៃ។ ខែ៧-១៩៧៤និងខែ១២-១៩៧៤ ហាក់ចាប់នារីឈ្មោះឡត-សារុំ រំលោភ។ ថ្ងៃ១២-១-១៩៧៥ មកនៅកង ០៤។ ថ្ងៃ២៧-១-១៩៧៥ អង្គការចាត់តាំងមកនៅកង ១៣៨។ ខែ៤-១៩៧៥ ផ្លាស់មកនៅកងវរៈ ១១៦ កងពល ១២។ ថ្ងៃ១៦-៦-១៩៧៥ ហាក់ ចលនាយុទ្ធជន៤នាក់ឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះ តែត្រូវប្រធានភូមិវត្ដ ឈូងលាបចាប់បញ្ជូនមកកងវិញ។ នៅថ្ងៃ២៤-៦-១៩៧៥ អង្គការបញ្ជូនហុក ហាក់មកមន្ទីរ ៤៤។
