The CDC is a group of Cambodian refugees, Cambodian specialist and scholars, human rights advocates and legal scholars. The goals of the CDC have been to document the massive and extreme violations of human rights which occurred in Cambodia under communist rule.
គណៈកម្មការឯកសារកម្ពុជាគឺជាក្រុមមួយនៃជនភៀសខ្លួនកម្ពុជា អ្នកឯក ទេស និងអ្នកជំនាញ អ្នកគាំទ្រខាងសិទិ្ធមនុស្សនិង អ្នកជំនាញផ្នែកច្បាប់។ គោលដៅរបស់គណៈកម្មការឯកសារកម្ពុជាគឺបានចងក្រងនូវឯកសារអំពីការ រំលោភបំពានទៅលើសិទិ្ធមនុស្សដ៏ធំសម្បើម និងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរដែលកើតឡើងនៅ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា កាលស្ថិតនៅក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់បក្សកម្មុយនិស្ដ។
