Cambodians at the port city of Kampong Som had begun reconstruction of installation damaged by US bombs. The radio said that US bombing was not responsible for all the damage. The traitor Lon Nol clique had destroyed a number of installations.
កំពង់ផែកំពង់សោម កម្ពុជា បានចាប់ផ្ដើមស្ដារឡើងវិញដែលត្រូចបានរងគ្រោះដោយគ្រាប់បែករបស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។ វិទ្យុបានផ្សាយថា សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកមិនទទួលខុសត្រូវលើការទម្លាក់នេះទេ។
