Cambodia had agreements in principle with Vietnam andThailand for the peaceful settlement of border disputes. In world war II, the Thais seized the procince of Battambang. There were a number of fights betwean Cambodia and Vietnam.
កម្ពុជាបានចុះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងលើគោលការណ៍ជាមួយនឹងប្រទេសវៀតណាម និងថៃ សម្រាប់ការតាំងលំនៅថ្មីដោយសន្ដិភាពលើបព្ហាដណ្ដើមព្រំដែនគ្នា។ នៅក្នុងសង្គ្រាមលោកលើកទី២ ថៃបានរឹបអូសយកខេត្ដបាត់តំបង។ មានការប្រយុទ្ធជាច្រើនរវាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និង វៀតណាម។
