Rebel troops overran the city's main radio and telecommunication center. They cut off all communications with the outside world. Government police set up roadblocks to stop the frightened refugees from entering the city.
កងទ័ពពួកឧទ្ទាម បានចូលលុកលុយកាន់កាប់ស្ថានីយ៍វិទ្យុក្រុង(ស្ថានីយ៍ធំ) និង មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលទូរគមនាគមន៍ដូចដើម។ ពួកគេបានកាត់ផ្ដាច់ទំនាក់ទំនងទាំងអស់ជាមួយនឹងពិភពលោកខាងក្រៅ។ ប៉ូលីសរដ្ឋាភិបាលរៀបចំបិទផ្លូវដើម្បីបញ្ឈប់ជនភៀសខ្លួនដែលមានភាពភ័យខ្លាច មិនឱ្យចូលក្នុងទីក្រុង។
