Kassie Neou gave a statement before the Foreign Relations committee and subcommittee on Asia, concerning the non-communist resistance with the Khmer Rouge to fight the Vietnamese-installed regime of Hun Hen in order to force the Phnom Penh political authorities to include Khmer Rouge in the Ministries of defense and interior, which was a Edisasterous situation for the Cambodian people.
កាស៊ី នៅ បានថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថា មុនអនុគណៈកម្មការស្ដីទំនាក់ទំនងការ បរទេសនិងអនុគណៈកម្មការទទួលអាស៊ី អំពីក្រុមចលនាតស៊ូមិនមែន កម្មុយនិស្ដរួម ជាមួយខ្មែរក្រហម ដើម្បីតតាំងនឹងដែលតែងតាំងឡើង ដោយក្រុមវៀតណាមក្នុងគោលបំណងចង់បង្ខំឱ្យអាជ្ញាធរនយោបាយបញ្ជូលក្រុមខ្មែរក្រហមចូលនៅក្នុងក្រសួងការពារជាតិ និង ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ ស្ថានភាពដ៏មហន្ដរាយសម្រាប់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។
