Kassie Neou came to testify before the congress. He was one of the victims of Khmer Rouge's atrocity. His most recent activities were to translate the major international human rights declarations and conventions into Khmer.
កាស៊ី នៅ គាត់ជាជនរងគ្រោះម្នាក់ ដែលបានរួចរស់ជីវិតពីអំពើឃោរ ឃៅរបស់ខ្មែរក្រហម ហើយបានមកធ្វើសាក្សីមុនពេលដែលប្រជុំសមាជ។ នាពេលថ្មីៗនេះ លោក កាស៊ី នៅ បានយកមកបកប្រែអំពីសេចក្ដីប្រកាស ដ៏សំខាន់របស់សិទិ្ធមនុស្សនិងអនុសញ្ញាមកជាភាសាខ្មែរ។
