The assesment of the problems in Kampuchea was based on a recent four-week visit to Kampuchea, Vietnam and the Thai-Kampuchean border. Food shortages in the country were again becoming critical.
ការប៉ាន់ស្មានទៅលើបញ្ហាដែលកើតឡើងនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាគឺផ្ដោតទៅលើ ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចមកកាន់កម្ពុជា ប្រទេសវៀតណាម និងព្រំដែនថៃ-កម្ពុជា ក្នុងរយះពេល៤សប្ដាហ៍កាលពីពេលថ្មីៗនេះ។ ការខ្វះខាតស្បៀង អាហារ នៅក្នុងប្រទេសគឺត្រូវបានកើតឡើងជាថ្មីម្ដងទៀត ហើយ មានភាព ពិបាកខ្លាំងមែនទែនជាងពេលពីមុនទៀត។
