Kassie Neou is one of the Cambodian genocide survivors. He urged in his statement the commission to continue to recognize, recall, emphasize and deplore the foreign occupation of Kampuchea and insist on the prompt removal of all foreign forces.
កា ស៊ី នៅគឺជាអ្នកដែលនៅសេសសល់ពីរបបប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍កម្ពុជា។ គាត់ជំរុញគណៈកម្មការឱ្យបន្ដទទួលស្គាល់ រំលឹកឡើងវិញ សង្គត់ធ្ងន់ទៅនឹងសេចក្ដីអាឡោះអាល័យពីការកាប់របស់ជនបរទេសនៃកម្ពុជា និង ទទូចចង់ឱ្យជនបរទេសដកកំលាំងចេញឱ្យជនបរទេសដកំលាំងចេញឱ្យអស់។
