The Philippines gave a speech at he meeting of the UN They said that Vietnam violated article 2, paragraph 4 of the UN charter when it illegally occupied Cambodia in 1979. Article 2 of the UN charter mandates all member states to refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independent of any state.
ហ្វីលីភីនបានធ្វើសុន្ទរកថានៅពេលជំនួបប្រជុំនៃអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ។ គេនិយាយថាវៀតណាមបំពានទៅនឹងមាត្រា២ កថាខណ្ឌទី៤នៃរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិនៅពេលដែលឈ្លានពានផ្ទុយទៅនឹងច្បាប់របស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩។ មាត្រា២នៃរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ បានចែងថារដ្ឋជាសមាជិកទាំងអស់ត្រូវបញ្ឈប់នៅក្នុងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្ដរជាតិពីការ ប្រើប្រាស់កំលាំងទ័ពក្នុងការប្រឆាំងនឹងបូរណភាពទឹកដីរឺឯករាជ្យភាពខាងនយោបាយនៃរដ្ឋនីមួយៗ។
