Haing Ngao and David Hawk sent mail to Ambassador Armando Valladares concerning the Human Rights situation in Cambodia. They said nearly a decade of Cambodia has lost independence. Cambodian people have been denied their right to self-determination.
ហ៊ាង ងោ និង ដេវីដ ហក បព្ជាូនសារទៅអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត អាម៉េនដូ វ៉ាឡាដាស អំពីស្ថានភាពសិទ្ធិមនុស្សនៅកម្ពុជាអ្នកទាំងពីនិយាយថាអន់ជាងមួយទស្សវត្សហើយដែលកម្ពុជាបានបាត់បង់ឯករាជ្យភាព។ ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាបដិសេធពីសិទ្ធិរបស់ពួកគេទាក់ទងនឹងការសមេ្រចចិត្ដដោយខ្លួនឯង។
