Press articles in recent years had described a wide range of cooperation between the Khmer Rouge and the NCR. In the past, the administration asserted that NCR activities did not violate prior US. law prohibiting the use of US funds in a way that promoted the military capacity of the Khmer Rouge.
អត្ថបទសារព័ត៌មាននៅក្នុងឆ្នាំថ្មីៗនេះ គឺរៀបរាប់អំពីជួរទ័ព ដែលប្រតិបត្ដិ រវាងខ្មែរក្រហមនិងក្រុមតស៊ូមិនមែនកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។ កាលពីមុន ខាងរដ្ឋបាល បានគាំទ្រនូវសកម្មភាពរបស់ក្រុមតស៊ូមិនមែនកុម្មុយនិស្ដ ដែលមិនបាន ប្រព្រឹត្ដល្មើសទៅនឹងច្បាប់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ក្នុងការហាមឃាត់ការប្រើ ប្រាស់ទៅលើជំនួយរបស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកក្នុងន័យជួយគាំទ្រដល់សមត្ថិភាព ខាងផ្នែកយោធារបស់ខ្មែរក្រហម។
