Over the decades Prince Sihanouk had uttered many on astonishing statement. The Paris conference, like the most recent peace effort in Jakarta, offered a chance to end one of the most murderous conflicts in history.
អស់រយៈពេលជាងមួយទសវត្សរ៍សមេ្ដច សីហនុ បានបន្លឺនូវសេចក្ដីថ្លែង ការណ៍ដ៏គួរឱ្យភ្ញាក់ផ្អើលជាច្រើន។ សន្និសីទទីក្រុងប៉ារីស គឺហាក់ដូចជា សន្និសីទមួយដែលជំរុញឱ្យមានកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងដើម្បីសន្ដិភាពដែលធ្វើ នៅទីក្រុង ចាកាតា ហើយបានស្នើនូវឱកាសមួយដើម្បីបញ្ចប់នូវជម្លោះ មួយក្នុងចំណោមជម្លោះឃាតកម្មដ៏ច្រើនបំផុតដែលមាននៅក្នុងប្រវត្ដិសាស្ដ្រ។
